Behind MK Beauty Lab

Misako Kasai

Owner, PMU Artist, Lash Master Stylist, and International Educator

Misako Kasai is the visionary behind MK Beauty Lab and the creator of the Lashlicious brand, renowned for her expertise in hyper-natural ombré powder brows, brow tattoo revision, and colour neutralisation.

Her distinguished beauty career began in 1999 in Yamaguchi, Japan. Over the next decade, she expanded her influence to the USA and the Caribbean, becoming a dedicated lash stylist in 2007. In 2015, she established the Lashlicious brand in Jamaica, becoming a leading educator and product developer.

Since relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2017, Misako has become a highly sought-after mentor and master stylist, celebrated for her precision and dedication to enhancing natural beauty.

Jangmu Sherpa

Senior Lash Stylist & Beauty Therapist

Jangmu Sherpa is a cornerstone of MK Beauty Lab, having joined the team after the salon’s reopening post-pandemic.

As a Senior Lash Stylist, she excels in lash lifts, brow lamination, ombre brows, lip blush, and colour neutralisation. Jangmu’s meticulous attention to detail and her ability to create a relaxing, welcoming environment have made her an invaluable asset to the salon, where she consistently helps clients achieve their best look.

Abigail Domingo

Senior Lash Stylist & Beauty Therapist

Abigail Domingo brings an exceptional blend of skill and passion to MK Beauty Lab, joining the team after the salon’s reopening post-pandemic.

As a Senior Lash Stylist, she specialises not only in lash artistry but also in advanced skincare treatments such as nano facials, microchanneling, and IPL hair removal. Abigail’s dedication to providing personalised, high-quality care has made her a favourite among clients, ensuring they leave the salon feeling confident and revitalised.

Pratiksha Shrestha

Senior Lash Stylist & Beauty Therapist

Pratiksha Shrestha is a highly skilled Senior Lash Stylist at MK Beauty Lab, offering expertise in both lash extensions and a wide range of beauty services.

Her specialities include RF and HIFU skin tightening, neck and body contouring, as well as waxing and threading. Pratiksha’s commitment to delivering excellent results and her keen eye for detail ensure that every client receives a bespoke service tailored to enhance their natural beauty.

Decei Cayanong

Senior Lash Stylist & Beauty Therapist

Decei Cayanong, the newest addition to MK Beauty Lab, brings with her a wealth of innovative techniques from abroad.

She specialises in microblading, shading brows, tattoo removal, hydrafacials, and carbon facials. Decei’s refined skills and approachable manner have quickly earned her a reputation for excellence, making her an essential part of the team. Her ability to create beautifully natural lash extensions and transformative skincare treatments ensures that every client enjoys a rejuvenating and luxurious experience.

  • Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This fee helps cover the time reserved for you and our staff’s preparation for your appointment.

  • Right to Reserve Fee: We reserve the right to require a deposit or full payment upfront for certain services or high-demand appointment times. This deposit may be forfeited in case of a late cancellation or no-show.

  • Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
